Pre-Award Unit
The Preaward unit has been created as a multidisciplinary and transversal tool that gathers the advantages and expertise of various CIMNE’s units such as Project Management, Communication, and some Research Groups, in order to create a new approach where innovation, strategy and management are combined with the ultimate objective of maximising CIMNE’s opportunities to access competitive funding.
Our goals are:
- Increase efficiency in proposal preparation
- Coordinate efforts
- Improve the quality of our proposals
- Increase our proposals success ratio
